2 2/3 cups instant mashed potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (3 ounce size) French-fried onion rings
directions
Prepare mashed potato mix according to package directions. Add eggs, cheese and stir until blended.
Spoon mixture into lightly greased 2-quart dish. Sprinkle with onion rings.
Bake uncovered at 325 degrees F for 25 minutes.
