I've made a lot of bad turkey meatloafs in my day, but this was not one of them. Finally a meatloaf I can count on to taste good, have good texture, and taste great leftover. I used chili sauce instead of the other options as it has a nice tang to it. Make this recipe as directed and you will be HAPPY!

I have been making this recipe since 2006 and it turns out great every time. I use salsa and have added more onions and mushrooms but that is just me.

I used herb/garlic soup mix instead of onion and slow cook oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs. I also used 2T of barbecuse sauce instead of catsup. It turned out just delicious. Had a sort of buttery taste for some reason.

This was a great basic recipe. I used fresh onion, not the onion soup mix. In addition to all your other ingredients, I put in a three tsp. salt free herb and spice mix, a couple tsp. powdered chicken bouillon instead of salt and put in a tsp. coarse ground black pepper. I forgot the paprika on top, but the meatloaf was still great.

I have used this recipe so many times, and it always comes out great! I always use the onion soup as it gives a little more zip. I have yet to add paprika and it still is good.
