Slice zucchini in half length ways and remove seeds and some pulp using a spoon to create a trough.
Mix first 9 items in a bowl. Spoon mixture into the hollow depression in zucchini halves.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Remove; add cheese and replace in oven until cheese is melted.
