Heat 1 Tb oil in skillet or wok. Stir fry asparagus until almost crisp-tender remove and set aside.

I was a bit dissapointed with this recipe. I assumed with the ingredients listed that it would be delicious however it lacked flavor! I did not want to toss out what was left over from this recipe though. The next morning I tossed it back in a skillet, added lots of shredded cheese, warmed it up then put it in a flour tortilla and added salsa and found it much better than the night before.
