Almost Pizza Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can cream of tomato soup
1/3 cup water
2 cups cooked noodles
1/2 cup sliced canned mushrooms (opt.)
1/2 cup grated cheese
Directions:
Saute beef, onion and garlic with oregano and salt until beef is lightly browned; stir in soup, water, noodles and mushrooms. Pour into greased casserole; top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 min. Cheese may be stirred into casserole, if desired.
