Nice recipe for a quick weekday meal. I used a can baked beans instead of pork and beans and left out the bbq sauce and it still was a hit.

Really simple and easy to do if you are tired. In fact that's why I tried it out tonight. Nothing gourmet about it. It doesn't have a mind blowing taste, but is very good (husband is undecided). Sort of along the lines of a rating equal to sloppy joes or other "slop" recipes.

CDKitchen Note: I think the shape of the baking dish might be the key to those who have had success with this recipe vs those who haven't. If you're using a square dish then the center biscuit might not get done but if you use a rectangular or oblong casserole dish I think that might ... read more

This recipe wasnt very good. The biscuits would not get done no matter how long i cooked it and just the overall mix of ingredients did not taste well together. Sounded good though.
CDKitchen Note: That doesn't make sense - how the biscuits wouldn't brown no matter how long you cooked it? They would have to at some point.
