directions
Prepare pancake mix as directed on package. Pour onto griddle into desired shapes, such as a head with ears (think Mickey Mouse). As pancakes are cooked place them on a plate.
Decorate as desired, drawing faces on with icing gel, frosting, using chocolate chips for eyes, squirt whipped cream on for hair, and so on.
Serve immediately.
