6 eggs, beaten
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
maple syrup or fruit preserves
directions
Melt butter in Dutch oven. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour ingredients into Dutch oven.
Use 14-16 briquettes on the bottom and 18-20 briquettes on top. Cook for 25-30 minutes until pancake is fluffy and light brown.
Serve with syrup or preserves.
