New Potato Salad With Green Goddess Dressing

ingredients
6 medium red new potatoes
1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
3 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley, PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons minced chives
2 teaspoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 dash garlic powder
6 cherry tomatoes
directions
Place potatoes in a medium saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and cool for 20 minutes or until tender.
Drain and slice potatoes into a serving bowl. Chill.
Combine next 8 ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon dressing over potatoes. Before serving, arrange cherry tomatoes on top of salad.
