The best of both salad worlds mixed into one. Love deviled eggs? No problem. Love potato salad? Got it covered. This was a HIT! Everyone raved about it. I almost didn't give anyone the recipe because I wanted to be famous for it (I finally gave in to peer pressure and their threats to ransack my kitchen looking for the printout)

When I first saw the ingredients they seemed pretty standard - I have used each ingredient at one time or another....but, when they are combined together per the recipe, something magical happens. I have never craved potato salad before, but I do this one. Outstanding and magical!!!

I made this for a large family function and everyone loved it (even those who typically don't care for potato salad).
