Fettucini With Chanterelle Sauce - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

1 ounce dried wild chanterelle mushrooms
1 1/2 ounce butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 sliced green onion
salt
black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 pound green fettuccine pasta

directions

Reconstitute mushrooms as directed, and slice coarsely. Cook pasta according to directions on package.

While pasta is cooking, heat the oil in saucepan over moderate heat. Add green onions and saute until soft. Add the mushrooms and cook on low heat for a few minutes. Season to taste and then add parsley. When pasta has finished cooking, drain the pasta and stir in sauce and serve at once.
