ingredients

1 package (12 ounce size) regular fettuccine pasta
1 package (12 ounce size) spinach fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 package (8 ounce size) sliced white mushrooms
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen peas
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained, cut into strips
1/4 pound prosciutto, cut into strips
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

directions

Cook pasta following directions. Drain.

Heat oil in skillet. Add mushrooms, saute 10 minutes. Add next 7 ingredients, bring to a simmer, stir in cheese.

Toss pasta with sauce.
