Bloody Mary Ribeyes

ingredients
4 rib-eye steaks, cut 3/4 inch thick
2 cups Bloody Mary mix
2 tablespoons vodka
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
directions
Mix 1 1/4 cups Bloody Mary mix with oil and vodka. Cover rib-eyes with with mix, turning to coat. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
Remove steaks from marinade and pat dry. Grill to desired doneness.
Heat remaining Bloody Mary mix to a boil in a saucepan while steaks are grilling. Stir together cornstarch and water to make a slurry and add to liquid in saucepan stirring constantly until thickened.
Place steaks on serving plates and drizzle with thickened sauce. Serve immediately
