directions
Cut up cloves of garlic, maybe 5 or 6 pieces a steak. Make a slight cut in steak and slip in garlic. Place the steaks in a bowl and pour Pepsi into the bowl.
Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour (Note: Do not pour directly onto garlic, the carbonation forces the garlic out of the holes).
Grill per your choice.

THis was EXCELLENT.I Have been told i am A Pepsi-holic, so when i saw this I had to try it (i even took pictures) HOwever, I used diet Pepsi, but it worked great, i served with MY Garlic Pepper & olive oil roasted Potatos and and salad . GREAT WORK ON THIS ONE !
