ingredients
6 apples, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
1 cup dried sour cherries
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup apple butter
directions
Soak cherries in hot water for 20 minutes or until plumped.
Mix apples, cherries and half the sugar in a casserole dish (no need to grease it beforehand). Mix together remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top.
Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees F.
