Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

No need for alcohol in this refreshing cocktail. The tropical flavors of mango and pineapple will have you relaxing poolside (or sofaside) in no time.

1 ripe mango (about 12 ounce size), peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons superfine granulated sugar
3 ice cubes
In container of electric blender, combine mango, pineapple juice, lime juice and sugar. Blend on high until smooth.
Add ice cubes; blend until smooth and slushy. Immediately pour into stemmed glasses and serve.
