ingredients
1 quart raspberry sorbet or raspberry sherbet
1 can (12 ounce size) frozen raspberry juice concentrate, thawed
3 cups pineapple juice, chilled
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 bottle (1 liter size) club soda, chilled
directions
In a chilled large bowl, stir 1 cup of the raspberry sorbet to soften. Blend in thawed juice concentrate. Add pineapple juice and lemon juice.
Transfer to a punch bowl. Add remaining sorbet in small scoops and the chilled club soda. Serve at once.
