Ingredients:
2 cups boiling water
2 cups sugar
1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar
1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate, partially thawed
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange concentrate, partially thawed
1 (6 oz.) can frozen pineapple concentrate, partially thawed
3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 (2-liter) bottle chilled ginger ale
1 quart lemon sherbet
Fresh mint leaves, optional
