A great way to cook broccoli and the bonus is that it uses all fresh ingredients.

1 head broccoli, cut into 1-inch florets
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
3/4 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese (or Muenster)
1 tablespoon Romano or Parmesan cheese
Spray 2-quart casserole dish with vegetable oil spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place broccoli in a steamer over boiling water and let steam for 5 about minutes.
Meanwhile, pour the oil into a medium-sized saucepan and saute the garlic over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden, being careful not to brown it too much. Remove from heat.
When the broccoli is finished steaming (it'll be bright green and just tender), toss with the garlic and olive oil until well coated.
Place the broccoli evenly in the prepared casserole dish and top with the shredded Monterey Jack cheese and sprinkle with the Romano or Parmesan.
Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 15-17 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve hot.

The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.

I skipped tthe parmesan because I was out of it but otherwise made it as stated and it was good. My husband doesn't usually care for broccoli but he eats it and he actually commented that this was a really good recipe so we'll make it again.
