Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

I have been making this for years. I usually ground hamburger or sausage to add to it. Big hit in my family!!
Loved that you added different serving sizes!

Yummy! This was such an easy and tasty recipe. Much better than recipes with processed cheese. The broccoli was so cheesy and sweet, even my kids gobbled it up. I'll definitely be making this again. Thanks!
