Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

As if chocolate pudding wasn't delicious enough. Pair it with fresh fruit for dipping and you have a real winner.

2 1/4 cups milk
1 package (3.5 ounce size) instant white or dark chocolate pudding mix
1/4 teaspoon cocoa powder or sprinkles, optional
fresh fruit
In a bowl, whisk together the milk and pudding mix until thickened. Spoon into a serving dish and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
If desired, sprinkle the dip with cocoa powder, sprinkles, etc. Serve with fresh fruit for dipping.
Hulled strawberries, sliced banana (brush with lemon juice if it will be sitting out for long), and apple slices are always good. You can also use dippers like graham crackers, cookies, marshmallows, etc.

Made exactly except I added some instant espresso powder to give it a mocha flavor. Delicious!
