Caramel Apple Salad

Craving a sweet and fruity treat? This caramel apple salad combines chopped apples, nuts, and marshmallows with a butterscotch pudding and pineapple mix. Fold in some Cool Whip for a creamy finish.
ingredients
1 box (4-serving size) instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 can (8 ounce size) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
3 cups chopped apples
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 tub (8 ounce size) Cool Whip, thawed
directions
Combine the pudding mix and crushed pineapple in a bowl, mixing until the pudding mix is moistened. Add the apples, nuts, and marshmallows and mix well. Fold in the Cool Whip.
Serve the caramel apple salad immediately. Store leftovers in the refrigerator in a covered container.
