ingredients
1 cup raisins
1 1/2 cup orange juice
2 cups diced celery
3 cups diced apples
1/2 cup seedless grape halves
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
directions
Combine the raisins and orange juice in a small bowl. Let soak 8 hours or overnight. Drain and discard the orange juice.
Place the raisins, celery, apples, grapes, nuts, mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl. Mix well to combine.
Place the salad in the refrigerator and chill for 30-60 minutes (or up to 4 hours) before serving.
