ingredients

2 apples, unpeeled and diced
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup orange juice
salt, to taste
paprika
lettuce leaves

directions

Combine apples, celery, and coconut. Sprinkle lemon juice over fruit.

Combine oil, orange juice, salt, and paprika. Add to fruit. Chill.

Line a salad bowl with lettuce leaves and pile chilled salad in center. Serve.
