The tender and flaky salmon is coated with a flavorful maple-mustard glaze that perfectly balances the natural richness of the fish.
4 salmon fillets
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons coarse-grain mustard
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking dish.
Place the salmon skin-side down in the baking dish.
In a bowl, stir together the maple syrup, mustard, and brown sugar. Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork (exact time will depend on the thickness of the fish).
Serve hot.

My son always says that salmon tastes too fish to him so we tried this recipe and he actually ate it without complaining. I think the sweetness of the maple syrup and sugar helped cover the fish taste for him. We will definitely make this again.

I enjoyed this salmon very much and it was really simple to make. The whole dinner (also rice & broccoli & salad) took only 20 minutes.
