- add review
- #82093
30-60 minutes
ingredients
1 package zesty herb marinade
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
2 pounds salmon fillets
directions
Mix Marinade Mix, wine and oil in small bowl. Place salmon in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove salmon from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute swordfish or mahi mahi for the salmon.
NOTE: With a firm meaty texture and just enough fat to keep it moist while cooking, salmon is perfectly suited for the grill. This marinade is special enough for the weekend and easy enough for a quick and delicious weeknight meal.

This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
