Ingredients:
1 pound salmon fillets
1 tablespoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Seafood Rub
Directions:
Rub salmon generously with Seafood Rub.
Grill over medium-high heat 8 minutes per inch of thickness or until desired doneness, turning once.
Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute swordfish or mahi mahi for the salmon.
Notes: Sweet and spicy Grill Mates® Seafood Rub gives salmon a bold, flavorful crust that seals in juices.
