Spam Dandies With Fruity Salsa

ingredients
SPAM DANDIES
4 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound margarine
cold water
1 can Spam, diced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 bunches green onions, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
FRUITY SALSA
1 can (8 ounce size) crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 cup crushed raspberries
3/4 cup chopped cantaloupe
1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
directions
For Spam Dandies: Mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles bread crumbs.
Add cold water a little at a time until dough forms a ball. Divide into about 8 parts to roll out. Cut into 4-inch circles.
Mix all the filling ingredients together. Place about 1 tablespoon of filling onto each circle. Moisten edges with water and press together.
Place on a baking tray and brush with milk. Bake in a 425 degrees F oven for about 18 minutes. Serve warm or cold with fruity salsa.
For Fruity Salsa: Combine all salsa ingredients and chill.
