ingredients
1 can refrigerated large buttermilk biscuits
1 can (12 ounce size) Spam luncheon meat, chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 cups milk
directions
Prepare biscuits according to package directions.
In a large skillet over medium-heat, saute Spam and onion in butter until Spam is lightly browned. Stir in flour and pepper. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in milk. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture just comes to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium. Cook, stirring occasionally, until gravy is thickened. Serve over hot biscuits.
