Dipped Spam Sandwiches

ingredients
1 can (12 ounce size) Spam, cut in 12 slices
6 slices Swiss cheese
12 slices white bread
3 eggs
6 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
directions
Layer Spam and cheese on half the bread slices; top with remaining slices.
In a shallow bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Dip both sides of sandwich in egg mixture.
In a skillet or griddle, grill sandwiches in butter over medium heat until browned and cheese is melted, turning once. Serve with strawberry cream cheese.
