Bottom Layer
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
Top Layer
1/3 cup melted margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup raisins
1 egg, beaten
directions
For Bottom Layer: Mix and press into an 8" pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
For Top Layer: Mix and pour over bottom layer. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
