ingredients
4 cups chicken stock or canned beef broth
2 zucchini, unpeeled
1 cup small pasta stars or shells
freshly ground black pepper
sea salt
Parmesan cheese, grated
directions
Bring broth to boiling in a saucepan and simmer for 3 minutes. Grate zucchini into the saucepan. Add the pastina and simmer 5 minutes more. Season to taste.
Serve hot with a bowl of grated cheese.
