1 can (10 ounce size) tomatoes with diced green chiles, undrained
directions
Brown the ground beef in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the beans, minestrone soup, mixed vegetables, and tomatoes to the saucepan. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 30 minutes.
