This oil is great on all sorts of foods. If you use sesame oil it's good in Chinese cooking. I use olive oil typically with it and I make it several times a year.

This oil packs a wonderful punch! I don't like using canola oil since it's GMO but I'll need to research other oils that can be safely heated like this. Wonderful flavor. Will be good for stir frying and marinating and other cooking!
