- #56883
2-5 hrs
ingredients
1/2 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 pounds boneless skinless turkey breast cutlets
directions
In a large resealable plastic storage bag, combine all the ingredients except the turkey cutlets; mix well.
Add the cutlets, covering them completely with the marinade; seal the bag. Marinate the cutlets in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the turkey from the marinade, reserving the marinade.
In a small saucepan, bring the reserved marinade to a boil over high heat. Grill the turkey with the grill lid covered for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until no pink remains, basting occasionally with the boiled marinade.

They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
