Terrific turkey tenderloins drowned in an herbed cream sauce. If you've got leftovers, throw them in a sandwich with some cranberry sauce.
1 1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 bay leaves
2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 turkey breast tenderloins (3/4 pound each)
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup half-and-half cream or milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the wine or broth, onion, garlic and bay leaves. Combine rosemary and pepper; rub over turkey. Place in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees F.
Remove turkey and keep warm. Strain cooking juices; pour into a saucepan. Combine cornstarch, cream and salt until smooth; gradually add to juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Slice turkey; serve with cream sauce.

Pretty darn cook. Took far longer than 2 minutes to thicken the cream sauce and not nearly 6 hours to cook turkey. So watch your times and enjoy this good recipe!

This receipe was AMAZING!!! I used crystalized garlic, onion & pepper seasoning with fresh rosemary. I also used 1/2 the amount of chicken broth with 1/2 the amount of a sweet white wine. I cooked 2 turkey tenderloins on low for 5 hours. They were small about 1/2 a pd each. But, WOW my boyfriend & I both LOVED this! I also made Rosemary Potatoes with it. I felt like I was in a restaurant. Which is saying A LOT! I am super critical of myself!

This was done in about 5 hours like another reviewer said. Good recipe, thank you.

This dish is very easy and very delicious. The gravy is good on rice. It didn't take 7 hours to cook, and I started with a partially frozen tenderloin. I cooked mine about 5 hours (my crock pot cooks hot, though).
