Oatmeal Yogurt Pancakes

ingredients
1 1/4 cup quick cooking oatmeal
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup slivered or chopped almonds
1 cup plain yogurt (whole milk or low fat)
1 cup milk (any fat level)
1 teaspoon sugar
2 large eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
directions
In a large bowl, combine all wet ingredients except eggs. Next add flour, salt and baking soda. Stir in eggs and mix well. Fold in nuts.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly coat with butter.
Using 1/4 measuring cup, spoon batter into pan. Flip when bubbles on the top of pancake pop. Flip and cook until other side is brown. Repeat.
