- #57660

1-2 hrs
ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1 package (12 ounce size) butterscotch chips
1 package (10 ounce size) mini marshmallows, colored or plain
directions
Place the peanut butter and butterscotch chips in the top of a double boiler over simmering, not boiling, water. Cook, stirring, until the chips melt and are blended into the peanut butter.
Carefully remove the top of the double boiler from the heat and place on a stable work surface. Fold in the marshmallows until coated.
Spoon the mixture into a greased 8x8 baking dish and spread smooth.
Place the dish in the refrigerator (do not cover or only cover loosely) until firm, about an hour or longer.
When firm, cut into small squares. Store in the refrigerator.

Nutritional data has not been calculated yet.It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
