INGREDIENTS:

1 1/4 cup flour
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup vegetable oil


DIRECTIONS:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Use a nonstick pan, or use the nonstick spray.

Combine everything else in a blender until smooth.

Pour batter into the pan to make 5-inch circles. When the edges harden, flip the pancakes. They should be light brown. Cook the other side for the same amount of time.
