ingredients

1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 lemon juice
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup butter, melted

directions

Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease a 9 x 9 inch baking pan.

In a small bowl, combine the milk and lemon juice. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the butter until crumbly. Press half of the crumb mixture into the prepared baking dish. Pour the lemon mixture over the crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
