1 package lemon or yellow cake mix
4 eggs
10 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 pound powdered sugar
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese
directions
Mix cake mix, 1 egg and melted margarine by hand and press into a 9- by 13- by 2-inch pan.
Mix 3 eggs, powdered sugar and cream cheese together until smooth. Pour over other mixture. Bake at 300 degrees F for 1 hour, 15 minutes.
Cool. Cut into bars.
