2 cups light vanilla ice cream or nonfat frozen yogurt
1/2 cup canned pumpkin pie filling
2/3 cup low-fat milk or vanilla soy milk or more to taste
3/4 cup crushed ice
directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender; mix until smooth. For a thinner smoothie/shake, add a bit more milk. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
