"Frozen hot chocolate" is the tastiest oxymoron of all time. The real secret here is a big dollop of marshmallow creme. After all, no proper hot chocolate is complete without some marshmallows.

1 cup chilled milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 large spoonfuls marshmallow creme
6 ice cubes
grated chocolate
Combine the milk, cocoa powder, marshmallow creme, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
Pour into a glass and garnish with grated chocolate, if desired. Serve immediately.
