1 1/2 cup low-fat chocolate ice cream or frozen yogurt
1/4 cup prepared espresso or strong coffee
1/4 cup skim milk
1 dash ground cinnamon
cocoa powder
Combine the ice cream, coffee, milk, and cinnamon in a blender. Process on high speed until frothy. Divide the shake between tall glasses. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve with a straw and long spoon.

I used vanilla ice cream instead, but it's amazing!
