ingredients
1 can (21 ounce size) apple pie filling
2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
3/4 cup refrigerated or frozen egg substitute, thawed
1/3 cup oil
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
directions
Grease 3-5 quart crockpot and spoon pie filling into crockpot. Spread evenly over bottom. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl and beat with electric mixer to combine. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
Pour this batter over pie filling in crockpot. Cover crockpot and cook on high for 1-1/2 to 2 hours until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve cake warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
