ingredients
1 package (14 ounce size) brats, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1 small red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 can (15 ounce size) small white canned potatoes
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
olive oil
directions
Alternately thread brats, onion, potatoes and peppers onto each of 6 metal or wooden skewers. Lightly brush each kabob with olive oil.
Grill over medium heat until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
