ingredients
1 pound ground chuck
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 chopped green onions
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons canola oil
directions
Slightly cook ground chuck in 2 tbs. canola oil. Add remaining ingredients & mix well. Pour into casserole dish.
Bake at 300 degrees F for 40 minutes or until rice is tender.
