Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

Cream cheese and cheddar, combined with diced veggies and rolled in chopped walnuts or pecans makes a cheese ball that's almost as fun to make as it is to eat.
2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese, at room temperature
2 cups freshly grated Cheddar cheese, at room temperature
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped pimento
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 dash cayenne pepper
salt, to taste
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, etc)
Combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, bell pepper, pimento, onion, cayenne, and salt in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until combined.
Scrape the cheese mixture out onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Roll the wrap around the cheese to form the cheese into a ball.
Place the chopped nuts on a plate and roll the cheese ball in the nuts to coat completely.
Wrap the cheese ball in a clean sheet of plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours or until firm.
Serve the cheese ball with crackers.
