3 1/2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons store-bought chutney
3/4 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
crackers
Combine the butter, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Mix until combined. Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and chutney. Mix well.
Combine the cranberries, parsley, and walnuts in a shallow bowl.
Form the cheese mixture into one large cheeseball or smaller ones. Roll in the cranberry mixture and coat thoroughly.
Place the cheeseball(s) in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving. Can be chilled overnight.
