1 can (16 ounce size) refried beans
1 can (8 ounce size) tomato sauce
1 package (1.25 ounce size) taco seasoning mix
1 small onion, chopped
3 drops hot sauce
Combine the beans, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, onion, and hot sauce in a microwave-safe bowl. Mix well.
Cover the dish and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir well. Cover again and microwave for another 3 minutes or until the mixture is heated through.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.

6 minutes is too long at least in my microwave. I microwaved it for 2 minutes, stirred, then 1 1/2 minutes more and it was heated through.

Quite salty but good. I alternated the recipe I added another can of refried beans and some cheese.
